A great business to get sushi salmon and so on. they are always very nice and the price is right!

Truly knowledge and passionate employees are one of the coolest parts of this place. But the fact that you can get such a huge variety of fresh seafood in Utah is pretty amazing. Their sushi grade selection is always amazing, but they even offer things like salmon roe and octopus. I’ve purchased both fish to cook and eat raw and it’s some of the best I’ve had. I visit probably every other week to grab something new for poke or a quick weeknight dinner. Never ever disappointed.

I got there late in the day. Not much left but what was available was excellent. Service was top notch.

If you're looking for high quality and fresh seafood, this is the place! I live in Southern Utah County, but it was totally worth it to make the drive up to Aquarius. If you have a specific order that you want for a major holiday, you should call them several weeks ahead of time and put that order in. For example, if you want something for Christmas, call December 1st to put in the order. However, even though I hadn't put in an order, they still had a some great fish to choose from a couple of days before Christmas Eve. I ended up getting some black cod, which was absolutely incredible I cooked it up for Christmas Eve dinner with my family, and everyone was blown away by it. The seafood here isn't cheap, so if you're looking for a value play, then probably try somewhere else. But if you have the room in your budget to buy high quality and fresh seafood, definitely give Aquarius a try.

Really good quality frozen fish, some of the defrosted fish in the display cases can sometimes be a tad old fishy, but it’s still the best option in SLC for getting sushi grade raw fish if you don’t import it yourself from out of state.
