I really enjoy Pizza Hut! Whenever I place an order, the service is fast and very convenient. The staff is quite friendly, but the manager stands out as exceptionally nice and truly values both regular and new customers, making a special effort to provide excellent service. I'm always pleased with how he addresses any questions or feedback I have! The food is consistently served hot and fresh from the oven, and I’m always informed about the expected delivery time for my orders. Great work, Pizza Hut at Hollywood Plaza!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience! It had been over six years since I last had Pizza Hut, but Pizza Hut Hollywood has won me over as a loyal customer. I spoke to the staff about the app and website issues, but they just told me to wait. After almost 10 minutes, they informed me that the rest of my order wasn’t ready either, which meant I had to wait another 10 to 15 minutes. As a result, my pizza was only lukewarm.

Unfortunately, the pizza we ordered was the worst we've ever had. The staff member named Vipin seemed particularly ashamed and lacked basic communication skills with customers. We ordered a veggie pizza with peri-peri sauce, but they ended up putting a spicy sauce on it instead. This experience ruined our evening, and to make matters worse, we were not given a refund when we returned the pizza. I highly advise against visiting this location. We certainly won't be coming back. Overall, the staff seemed untrained and unprofessional. I wouldn't even give them a single star—more like a large zero.
