They never have applesitter... good coffee, but disappointing not exactly what I want

Slow service. I ordered the snackin bacon and got only three COLD bacon strips. I wanted to tell them. The worker was nice and went and got me more, but a manager told me to be cold! I told her the canapolis a service it hot. She informed me that they did it wrong. Only the attitude doesn't let me come back. Cold bacon can make you sick. I saw it up and Dunkin services it room temperature not cold. It is rare to have them warm, but I get it warm all the time in canapolis.

If I knew how to give it half a star. Ordered an ice cream coffee and a chocolateshake. They asked me to move around for the Shaker. I'll wait for 10 minutes. Go in three girls standing around chocolate shakes sitting on the counter. It is pathetic the lack of service.

I really like Dunkin', especially their tea, iced lattes, and croissant sandwiches. The hash browns are tasty, although they only come in a small serving of six. The staff are usually friendly, helpful, and make sure your order is just right. The prices are also quite competitive.
