Mcdonald's - Salinas

The service was terrible! The wait for food felt endless, and the line kept getting longer. I couldn't understand the delay, and I noticed that the staff was handling money and preparing coffee or touching other food items without wearing gloves while filling orders after processing payments. It didn't seem very sanitary. The restrooms were also in poor condition, and there was an unfamiliar person just standing in the men's restroom, which made the experience quite uncomfortable.

I have to say, my recent visit to McDonald's was quite frustrating. When ordering a filet sandwich, I was surprised to find out I had to specifically ask for tartar sauce. When we picked up our food, the employee refused to give us any, saying we should have requested it before paying. Additionally, why do some staff members feel the need to be rude when customers make requests? Parents already face challenges when managing hungry kids, and it doesn't help when employees add to the stress with unnecessary attitude. I hope management can address these issues and encourage staff to be more accommodating and polite. It's important to create a better experience for everyone.

I'm not sure if life is trying to tell me to avoid McDonald's, but this is the second location where I've had to wait over ten minutes for my order. This time, I placed my order on the app ten minutes in advance, and I still ended up waiting an additional ten minutes after that. When I asked the manager how much longer it would be, she replied that everyone was waiting for their orders, but I was the only one in line aside from a couple who had just finished placing their order. It was really disappointing. I tried to get her name, but she walked away. I didn't want to make a scene, so I finally received my order about a minute later and left. This used to be my favorite McDonald's, but now I need to reevaluate that.

I ordered an iced coffee, but received a cup of milk! I asked to change and the attendant gave exactly the same thing and said she didn’t know what was happening!

5/11 6:30am. Ordered a sausage McMuffin with egg but they forgot to add the bread??!! Very disappointed
