Fish Chips - Salinas

Oh my! We were hankering for Fish and chips, happened upon this restaurant. Coming from out of town, we hit a jackpot! Fresh, crispy, lightly/perfectly battered fish. . Freshly made from scratch fries, also fried perfectly. In fresh oil. Lightly salted. The tarter sauce is a bit too mayoey for me but we are still thinking of this meal a week later.

We hadn't visited this restaurant in a while, and when we returned, the Menudo was fantastic. I ordered it again a week later, but this time it was slightly undercooked and a bit tough and chewy—it probably needed more cooking time. Despite that, it's still the best place to get Menudo!

This is the best place for fish, shrimp and horchata!!! My laws have come here for years and today was my first time. Food is amazing and customer service is even better. We'll come back!
