Chopstix Vietnamese - Salinas

I did not have high hopes for this place when we stopped here on our way to San Luis Obispo in April 2021 lol. But let's just say I was veryyyyy pleasantly surprised!!! I got the lychee bubble tea which was possibly the most delicious boba drink I've had in my life. I also got a spicy bbq chicken plate I think? I was sooo hungry and it was also delicioso!

The worst customer service of all of the restaurants. The wait staff is always at at table out front talking. The dishes never come out at the same time. They bring your food and never come back. You have to go up from to get your ticket and pay. I don't understand why they run it this way. The other restaurants aren't as bad. You would think that if they wanted to get tips, they would provide service. This is the norm. It has happened many times. It is not an isolated incident.

My Pho noodles were hard and bean sprouts looked old since they were on the brown side . Service was okay . The Seaside location is much better .

The food is delicious, but the staff could be a bit more attentive. Definitely recommend but don't expect great customer service.

The people at the counter and the people making your food don't wear masks. Last time I'm coming here. Mr. Noodles on the south side has better food and they wear masks.
