Burger King - Salinas

This place always runs out of things, but I personally love the people who are always there, they are so respectful and friendly. it is the Asian kerl and Asian girls that are always very nice. I love being helped by them. they are great!

The chicken sandwich was delicious with the whole salad that was not shredded, tomatoes and pimples... The frits were extra crispy... Thank God

They always run out of flesh. it happened three times in the last six months. they also told me that the grill stopped working; but for some reason they keep the restaurant open. her best bet is to order kurbside from the mcdonalds down the road by star market.

Today's trip to the restaurant was at 2:00. I ordered onion rings, a diet soda, and after waiting in the drive-thru for TWENTY-FIVE minutes, I finally completed my order. The wait was so long that the car behind me started revving their engine loudly, making it clear that we were all frustrated. Inside, two workers were complaining about a customer and just standing around chatting. I am definitely not returning to this place.

Today when I visited the restaurant, there was a typical lunch rush happening. The service was slow, the restaurant was dirty, and the food was just okay. However, I have to commend the three employees I saw working tirelessly to keep the restaurant running smoothly. One employee was handling the drive-thru and packing bags for customers in the dining room. Another employee was assisting with cooking and also working as a cashier. The third employee seemed to be in charge of the rest of the cooking. It's clear that they are facing staffing shortages, but it's sad to see a location that used to be thriving, clean, and fast until 2020. I hope they are able to bounce back and hold onto their hardworking employees.
