Old Chicago - Salina

Horrific customer service, no way to make reservations or place your name on a waitlist. Other restaurants allow a group to bring in a cake, not them, despite spending a lot of money at dinner, they are too stingy to allow the cake. Often there is a VERy long wait, will not return

Friendly staff, food is always hot, they are more than happy to change the channel to make you happy if you are watching a game, and the location is great for walking to after shopping downtown!

Food was delicious, drinks were strong,, and service was excellent!

Was really pleased with the promptness and courtesy we experienced from from first entering building to paying for meal. Food was delish. Filling and yummy. The waitress was cheerful, helpful and prompt. Made the meal all the more enjoyable. Thank you
