The 248 Collective - Saligao

Great ambiance with a French Canadian band with an accordionist. Good music. Drinks were fine but priced quite high as was the food. Food choices were limited for the event. Seating and ambiance was good.

Lured by several strong reviews, i visited collective 248 on one of their special live jazz nights.What transpired was some "new world" music, awaful service, below standard food ansD a oathetic manager coming around with a biwl and suggesting their cists dud not cover their infliws and thus seeking a " contribution" of 200 rs per head to subsidise the promotion of the singers.Did not realise I was going to a music acacademy rather than a restaraunt.AVOID.

Our little one kept dancing the whole evening... food is great and the ambience is really really nice... this is one place which is a must when in Goa and is different and is normal and is uuummmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.... different...wow... Don't expect a lot from the food as that is not the priority, when there is live music, you are there for something else and not just food... Not that the food is anything to complain about... its good too...

The setting is simply brilliant and the personalized service from their staff is exceptional. The theme and cuisine are unique, with a mix of Argentine and Goan dishes. We will definitely be returning soon. Thank you to the entire team for a wonderful dining experience during our visit in January 2018.

The dining experience at this restaurant is exceptional. Chef Ben is fantastic, and on the weekends, you can enjoy performances by local Goan musicians and some hiking adventures. With affordable drinks and a cozy atmosphere, what more could you ask for?
