Soulcraft Brewing - Salida

Gosh the sandwiches were great! We ordered the Cubano and muffaleta....so big and delicious! My IPA was so good!

I really enjoyed the beer outside year round! The food is tasty. Employees are cool! Only down side is I'm noise sensitive and this is the loudest joint I've come across...I mean it is a brewery so it's to be expected.

Haven't had a bad beer here yet, year after year. My favorite is by far the green pepper ale. Lots of cool merch too.

Very dog friendly, though a thunderstorm was the center of our experience. Great beer, and a good selection of IPAs.

Excellent beer and I had a great burger! Made sure that I tipped the food truck. The Bartender was very slow and honestly he was very rude, I made sure that he was tipped appropriately also.
