Ordered freight island Burgerism, given it was a busy Saturday expected a wait, but 1.5hr wait for a raw unseasoned Burgerism.. what a joke. Won’t be coming back at all, ended up having pizza from voodoo rays Wasn’t even offered a refund. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Tragedy! I don't recommend it to anyone! the food arrived 1 30 hours later than it should, cold, impossible to eat anything. when I wanted to cancel the order after 1 hour of delay, the driver claimed that he was already on his way, and for the next 20 minutes he stood there... I ordered a collection for £50 that included four meals to take to a friend's house, but one entire meal was missing. I'm still waiting for my refund. When I contacted them, they only offered to refund me for the burger, not the missing meal. I would recommend not using this restaurant, as they seem to take your money without delivering the food. My order was placed on December 23rd, and I'm still waiting for my refund. Food: 1
