Peppy's Pizzeria - Salem

My wife and I have been regulars at Peppy's for the past three years and it has always been fantastic. However, something changed this year; the crust has become thicker and the pizzas are not being cooked all the way through. I talked to one of the cooks we know from previous years, and he mentioned that they would look into it. Last week, when I ordered pizza while he was working, it was excellent. Unfortunately, I stopped in on Wednesday and received undercooked dough again. That makes it three times this year that I've had to throw away pizza. I think it's time for us to find a new place to eat.
