Papa Gino's - Salem

Papa Gino's is the only place I go for pizza. I frequently order dinner for my family to take home. The restaurant is clean, the staff is very friendly, and the service is outstanding.

The Buffalo Chicken Pizza is fantastic! The chicken fingers are always tender, and you can choose between blue cheese or ranch dressing—both are delicious! The shift leader who prepares it consistently makes the best pizza; it’s always perfect and so tasty! Yum!

This Papa Gino's is, without a doubt, the BEST one I have EVER been to. It is exceptionally clean, and the staff is highly professional in every aspect. It’s clear that this location is well-managed. During my visit, I had the chance to speak with the on-site manager, and I expressed my admiration for how well this Papa Gino's is operated, its cleanliness, and the professionalism of the entire team. I did ask for his name, but unfortunately, I've forgotten it (my apologies). I mentioned that I would be writing a positive review online, hoping that his superiors would notice it and acknowledge the great work being done here. It’s a fantastic place! The food is excellent, the service is outstanding, and it’s clearly a well-run establishment!

This is my Family's go to place for Pizza and it has been for years! My son and daughter will not eat anywhere else! I find it very accommodating and I believe Kevin is his name...he's always friendly and upbeat...5+ Stars??????

I've gotten take out from here a couple times. The pizza isn't bad, but nothing spectacular. The toppings fell off the corner and they only seem to use mozzarella cheese. It doesn't have the broiled quality either. The crust doesn't taste bad, and I'mnot a big crust fan. I've never had an issue with the staff or time management on pickup. Obviously you can't compare toauthentic Italian pie.
