Luisa's Pizza - Salem

Pizza was not cooked. Said the waitress. They wanted to invite us for a pizza, even though we didn't eat anything. The waitress went back and let the pizza be removed from our bill. The manager never came by to tell us something. will not go back

Our family of six has been enjoying Luisa's Thursday special (30% off when paying cash) for about 3 months... First two months no complaints at all, AMAZING WINGS, pizza, and Philly's. About a month ago we were a little disappointed, pizza was kinda off, wings were off in flavor and a little undercooked, that happens for time to time do its understandable, but two ago a little worse, and then tonight still a little worse. We consistently spend 70-100 a week, but if it keeps going like this then we won't be back. Hopefully you guys can find the flavor again, reach out and I can break down more specifics in what we noticed, thank you.

Luisa's has the best food bit especially their pizza!! We moved to Missouri and when we came back to visit family we had ro order Luisa's. Highly recommended!!

Over the top lightly browned cheesy top ham and pineapple are our favorite. nearby Kenosha also has outstanding pizza but Luisa's is our fav for this. we order ahead and eat faster when we arrive. service is always tops. waitress is always kind and patient with us. ambience is very plain, simple, small and busy. local hangout for excellent local food. nice job !

What a cool place just west of Kenosha! We had an excellent pizza preceeded by awesome an appetizer we ate beyond our hearts content. The atmosphere here is, well, perfect. Our company always concludes projects with a dinner, and Luisa's is where we will be next week! Thank you Guy and crew for a great end to our long workday!
