Dunkin' - Salem

I stopped by the Dunkin' Donuts near Walmart yesterday around 5:00 PM to pick up some gift cards. I walked in, and unfortunately, none of the staff acknowledged my presence. I waited for a while but received no service. It was disappointing, especially since there was one person working the drive-thru and three others behind the counter, with no customers in the dining area. There was really no reason for them not to assist me or, at the very least, acknowledge that I was there. A simple "We'll be with you in a minute" would have sufficed. In the end, I left without making a purchase.

I don't usually write reviews, but I've been let down by this restaurant three times now. I understand that things can go wrong when it's busy, but during my last three visits, I've experienced slow service and received the wrong order each time, despite ordering the same dish.

This Dunkin' is my absolute favorite location in the world. I go there often since I work just across the street, and the staff already know me by name. They consistently deliver an amazing customer experience. Everyone is so friendly and upbeat, and no matter how tired I am, they always manage to brighten my day with a perfectly crafted drink. They also handle the drive-thru efficiently, even with just one lane, which is a big improvement compared to the other one across town. I highly recommend this Dunkin'—I truly love it there!

Forgot to order my 2 year old son his hash browns so I asked Felicia(falicia) at the window politely to ad an order of hash browns. Told me I had to go back through the speaker again.. I said that?s kind of pointless since I?m the only person here. Gotan eye roll then she added them

Wow was just at Dunkin and waited forever for 4 regular drinks. They bring it out and have a sweet tea instead of coffee. Told the kid I needed an iced coffee with cream and sugar. Came back out with the tea again. Told me it was coffee. I said ok but Ineed cream in it. He took drink again and I went in as well. I see him just add cream to the tea and hands it back. I take adrink and yet again it?s tea. Tell him and get nothing but a very nasty attitude. Get home after everything guess what stilltea!!!! This kid needs to get outta customer service. Never been treated that horrible at this Dunkin!!!!
