Crack'd Kitchen Coffee - Salem

I have Celiac disease, and it is so hard to find a place that really accommodates safely. So many places include gluten free options for fad diets, but when you arrive they warn you that they cook their GF food is actually not safe because it's mingled with gluten products or fried in the same oil. So I really, truly appreciate places like Crack'd, who prepare their food separately, make sure all their staff know exactly what is and isn't safe, and carefully label their dishes. Everything we had here was safe and delicious: breakfast sandwiches that were perfectly prepared, hash browns that were as good or better than the ones I miss from pre-diagnosis, burgers that were generous and well made. Everything is clean and bright, with lots of outdoor seating and nice small tables inside, and everyone who works there is helpful and friendly. So nice to not worry about one meal while traveling!

We host an annual summer party every year and are always looking for the best food for the event. We have had a great success with previous vendors but wanted to switch it up there. We have a deep love affair with Crack'd for bfast and lunch so why not use them for our party. It was a giant success at the party. The team came and cooked then opened up the window to take fresh orders. They were a well oiled machine and you did not wait more than 5 minutes for your meal. The menu was perfect and presentation was 100%. Alan and his team killed it and we are referring everyone to them!

Crack'd is great! I love the Big Commute burrito, the Porker sandwich and the decaf coffee options. The homemade sausage is incredible, and I like the hashbrowns a lot as well.
