Bentley's Coffee - Salem

I typically get good service, but yesterday I finally left the house as a new mom to go get a coffee really quick, but when I pulled in the parking lot to get in line apparently the other cars that decided to not pull up into Bentleys drive threw line, I got told from the girl take orders “ so the cars way back there didn’t get their orders taken and you just cut them off.. now you get to sit here and wait.. while she walked away. she was SUPER rude, then after doing that she then goes and helps the car that just pulled in behind me. She still would not take my order. Then when I pulled up to the window telling them what had happened they had nothing to say. The about of disrespect..

Was in town for business and found this genuine gem of a coffee shop... I thoroughly enjoyed the fabulous tasting Nutella mocha I ordered, and the barista was an absolute ray of sunshine I didn't know I was needing!

Always quick and happy. Make the day go so much better.

Always a pleasure, and perfect coffee. All staff are kind, thorough, considerate, and do whatever it takes to make every experience a great one! What more can we ask for, especially when likely they are already ahead of their competition?
