I got a coney dog and the hotdog was hard and rubbery. The fries were cold. Overall the food was not good. This is my first negative experience at this establishment. I will definitely hesitate to return.

Always go through drive through. Almost always get mini corn dogs. Always feel little dumb asking because it's always cheaper to order 2- 5 piece rather than 1- 10 piece, but the current price of the 5 piece is never accurate on the menu. So never actually know the cost of what you're ordering. Then occasionally the 10 piece goes on special, but that's never actually posted, unless they volunteer the information, you don't know that now that's the better value option. Some workers do and some don't. It's always really confusing. Feel like I always have to ask before I order. But the mini corn dogs are the bomb!

I ordered a family bucket with 8 pieces of chicken, two large mashed potatoes with gravy, a large coleslaw, and biscuits—all for just $22, which is a fantastic deal considering today's prices. Their large mashed potatoes are genuinely large; you’d pay about a dollar more at Popeyes and get only half the amount. Unfortunately, they forgot my coleslaw, so I called the restaurant and spoke with Lindsey, who was very nice and helpful. When I arrived, there were a few customers in line who seemed frustrated for not receiving their orders, but I felt for the staff as they were clearly overwhelmed, especially with the manager training new employees. Given how busy they were and the effort they put into serving everyone, I’m giving them four stars despite the missing coleslaw. I will definitely go back again!
