Ideally located next to the church Saint-Mere-Eglise. beautifully decorated crèperie with tasty sweet and hearty crepes. good to know: the creperie closes between 2pm to 7pm.
After we looked around the city, we wanted to lunch somewhere. which was for a sound that was. light staff (especially the older lady who served us) she never seemed to stop and everyone was served in a double short time. eating was simple, but amazing for quality and...price thank you many, dear lady, that they are there and make our visit so unforgettable from all the right reasons!
This creperie is clearly popular with locals and as we entered many diners looked up and nodded or wished us 'bonsoir ' which I thought was encouraging. I had the 'GI crepe ' which was essentially a 'big mac ' in a crepe which was novel! ...but actually...pretty good. The owner is a charming chap. He doesn 't speak great english but we could, with my schoolboy French, communicate well and had great fun chatting with him. Overall a charming little place with good food at a very reasonable price. I recommend.
Looking for a place to have lunch with our family of 6, our son went in first asking for a toilet. No our toilet is only for customers the woman said. I replied that we are customers but she interrupted me saying ‘but not for...eating!’ So she assumed that we were not looking for a place to have lunch in an incredibly rude and unfriendly way.
