Fuego - Sainte-Maxime

What a shame! After a failure on an entry forget, disappointment on the dishes, very different from last year. (When I'm told that the ceviche is tuna/ citrus and that I find myself with salmon/thon/vocado) Don't move after the staff's mistake... and who literally zeated us.

Excellent. It falls by chance a day of rain... and find a restaurant of this quality... simple and good... a chance.

We are delighted by our visit to this charming restaurant, nicely furnished. A Mediterranean and Latin atmosphere. We were very well received by the boss and the small onion service. A variety of different and original entries and dishes. For me, I tried exceptional meat and I wasn't disappointed. Very good meat, beautiful room, very good fried house with small sauce with superb truffles. We really enjoyed each other and the boss was very pro, negotiating. Thanks again. We recommend it.

Tasty dish, pleasant flat service for shrimps in entry that was frozen damage because the aïoli sauce was delicious, correct serving but for big eaters pass your way
