Service like food was of excellent quality. A great time spent in Lou Claux, small corner of paradise in Castelbouc. Don't hesitate, you won't be disappointed! Small plus: the beautiful vegetable garden and the beautiful view of the Tarn.

The cooks started this season, real jewelry! We arrived by chance and we were very welcome, at an hour when they could have refused us. The dishes were very fine and with local products, a real surprise it changed us from a restaurant with a beautiful ethical discourse in Le Rosier).
