Le Roc Alto - Saint-Veran

We loved our stay here! The service was fantastic and the restaurant exceeded my expectations. We stayed in a basic room, which was quite small, but we didn't spend much time in the room anyways. You cannot beat the location and spectacular mountain views! Would love to come back.

Crazy location in the French Alps at approx 2000 m in the natural parc of Queyras. The Alta Peyra offers a comfortable hotel setting in an amazing natural environment: nice rooms, a good restaurant, a complete breakfast buffet and an original car park. The staff is sincerely friendly and well managed by the director Mr Maxime. Looking for a relaxing holiday or on the contrary tented by an intense sports vacation....the Alta Peyra offers both options !

We spent a fabulous week with hotel staff. From the director to the bartenders, to the valet everyone is in small care so that the stay is in the most beautiful conditions. A very big thank you to this team that made us live very beautiful parties in a station that is a real hidden gem.

Friendly staff and comfortable hotel, but: Wifi works on two towels are changed once. The mini bar filled randomly. On the service side, no management of the seasoners, certainly nice but without experience. You have to claim to be served and you are asked 3 times your room number to charge your consumption. The breakfast is very good but empty tables not riddled. You have to claim bread, plates or omelet. No one's checking. 1 single jacuzzi for 4 people on a capacity of 150 people. So not available. Cold pool. We're not the only ones to complain. So a hotel that doesn't deserve its price and its 4 stars. Correct without more.
