Gem in the Seybelles Food drinks: Lebanese food, really great! Especially the kofta burger, chicken shawarma and the mezze!!! And last but not least, delicious coffee! Service: 5 Location: 5 Hotel highlights: Luxury, Great view, Great value

Quite disappointed by this second stay in this hotel. Two of us came last year and had a memorable weekend with top-notch staff, a super pleasant time at the spa and a wonderful dinner. So we came back this year to relive the experience, unfortunately we won't be coming back again. After a day of skiing, we returned to the hotel to enjoy the spa booked the week before, but the jacuzzi was not working. I also mention that we were accompanied to the hammam without taking us through a changing room, so we walked with our snow boots in the spa area. So we paid for a room with a spa without being able to take advantage of it. We went to ask for an explanation and a refund but the lady at reception haughtily told us that she had nothing to do with it and that we would not be refunded. We could have at least been warned that the jacuzzi was not in working order instead of discovering it on our own. Rooms: 3 Service: 2 Location: 5

Excellent quiet and comfortable night. Pleasant time in the jacuzzi and excellent meal at the restaurant which offers an original menu.
