It's a charming little spot, but the person at the counter was not very welcoming. Our twist cones were quite melted and had more of an ice milk consistency than true ice cream, as they weren't very creamy and had some ice crystals in them. I can't comment on any of the other food since we only tried the desserts.

We ordered two vanilla saucers with toppings above. very good ice super friendly service. a bit on the expensive side, but they need to remember where they are. child-friendliness: which child does not like ice?

I would love to see some positive changes at this establishment. Freshly cut fries, a delicious house-made chili, and hot dogs with more flavor (think Nathan's or Hebrew National) would be a fantastic start. It’s one of those places that looks wonderful from the outside, but after spending $32, trying to have a fun outing with my kid and wife, I left feeling somewhat let down, wishing we had chosen a place with better food for the money. It's a bit of a shame.

1) There was no chocolate. 2) No marshmallows. Seriously?! 3) We had one simple order left, and they completely ignored us at the window. We just sat there waiting, and nothing happened. This is the busy season, and there's simply no excuse for such poor service. I will never come back. We will definitely not return. I wish they'd bring back Dairy Queen instead of this disappointing experience.

I can't say enough good things about frostys. the team members are always particularly pleasant. eating is delicious and addictive. the chefs kiss to delicious little town diner americana. ? keep the soft portion flowing!
