Mcdonald's - Saint Robert

I was not impressed with the service at this restaurant. The food was not hot. I returned today and my order was missing items that I had requested. I reminded the cashier about it, and they assured me everything was fine. However, when I received my food, the missing items were still missing. The cashier told me I had to go back to get them. As a result of this poor service, I will not be returning to this McDonald's location.

The restaurant made a mistake with my order. I had requested two cheeseburgers with only ketchup and pickles, but I received one with nothing on it at all. I had to return it, and it was remade. The new burger was satisfactory, so I ended up giving it to my friend.

This was my first visit to this restaurant and I don't usually go to the McDonald's near Springfield, but the staff here could definitely teach the young workers a thing or two. Their service was absolutely superb, with effective teamwork and friendly smiles all around.

I would say more consistent than many almost food restaurants out here I never got anything from them that I'm just up I'm as if I didn't eat it like I was from wendys sonic or even culvers sometimes. great score for consistency and overall good prices.

I received a free Big mac using my points! That was exciting. And only a dollar for a large drink! I love Mcdonalds!
