The Mandarin Hide - SAINT PETERSBURG

You always have the thickest Christmas trees every year, I swear! The favorite time to come here and a Moscow mule is where it is. In the Christmas spirit! It is on the smaller side, but it is the perfect bar to share an intimate cocktail on a date! The dimmer lighting is very appreciated. There is a bathtub, a unique function? I think every girl has taken a photo in the tub at another point. No judgment here!

Wow, this spot is a gem. Cocktails are not cheap in general these days but the mixologists here take genuine pride in their work. It was a challenge to choose just one beverage before heading around the corner for dinner, and well worth the price tag to experience the care and creativity that goes into drink making at Mandarin Hide. Hubby had a smoked Old Fashioned and I was torn between the Monster's Disguise and a Salty Dog. He was in heaven and I definitely enjoyed the smoky rosemary effect with the grapefruit in my Salty Dog. Complex and refreshing!! Loved the art and decor, the incredible details, and the overall vibe.

One of the best bars in St. Pete. Don’t be afraid to order cocktails with eggs they make a really good “whipped cream”. I like that cocktails are perfectly balanced and not overly sweet.

Very disappointed in this place. They were closed for a private party. We live an hour away and dont get out much so we centered our night around going here. The website showed they were open and we even called to make sure. Unfortunately you cannot get in touch with anyone as their voicemail tells you to send them an email. It would have been nice if they put something on their website, Google or their voicemail stating they were not going to be open to the public.

One of my favorite spots in DTSP. Love everything: the drinks, the atmosphere, the decor, the crowd, and especially love the back patio when they have a DJ going!
