Jimmy John's - SAINT PETERSBURG

Every time I've tried to order the app after 8 PM, they immediately call me to say they're out of stock. This has happened three times now. It's quite frustrating.

It's 8:26 on Saturday, September 3, 2022, and I found the restaurant closed even though their posted hours say they’re open until 9:00. There were some people hanging out inside, talking to someone while the door was locked. This is really frustrating and feels unprofessional. I won't be returning here again!

I advise against ordering through the delivery service close to closing time—specifically, within 30 minutes. They took my payment but never made my food available for pickup. I won't be eating at this restaurant again.

That is the second time that I had a terrible desire with the cash. this girl is terrible, rude and looks like they are an inconvenience for her when they go in. first, it is my option to give my number and she should ask because it is her job. Instead, if they ask, she rolls her eyes and then hope that they do not see it. the last time was the opportunity for my sandwiches to explain I just have to say that this girl has to be removed from the position. it is a complete waist of the customer service. she has huge fake lashes and black haare. it is fat and extremely unfriendly. I guess this is jimmy john's new standard.

Awesome sub, the bread was great as well as the service. Pickle was bomb
