フィードバックを提供するAwful experience. My order was messed up, and although they promised to replace it, five hours later, I still hadn't received anything. I called three times, and a woman shouted at me, insisting she was too busy to assist and wouldn’t replace my order. Initially, she claimed there was no manager available, then later said she was the manager, even though she mentioned that the owner had never been there to meet her. Domino's really needs to disassociate from this location!
I wish I had read the reviews before placing our order. Everything mentioned in the previous comments is true. It took 2 hours with no pizza, no estimated arrival time, and no information on the driver's whereabouts. Luckily, I managed to cancel the order and get a refund.
I had an unfortunate experience with my online order at the restaurant. The lady named Tikila seemed frustrated because she made a mistake with my order. I had requested extra tomato sauce, but instead, I received extra garlic butter sauce on my pizza, which was also very oily. When I politely pointed out that it wasn't what I had ordered, she informed me that she couldn't remake the pizza, but she would refund my money—though she did so with an attitude.
CAUTION DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION IF YOU WANT TO GET YOUR FOOD. Absolutely unacceptable. This location is completely incapable of even making the food you order and won’t answer their phone to give you a refund. I was hung up on. Dominoes needs to shut this store down completely.
If I could give .2 stars I would, have been waiting for a pizza for 2 hours already payed for as well, No answer from calling dominos fire your workers and restart
