フィードバックを提供するAfter having experienced a very rude manager, I can't just get back to dominoes. what about the personal today? if they are alone in the load and feel overwhelmed, they are not simply to complain about it. move and do her best to intertwine. we were all there. Apparently you'll get a thought about being thrown out of the load. whew! she refused to give me the owner name and I couldn't find him online. after writing to the company I still haven't heard a word. too bad dominos, a bad hirer costs her business and in my case repeat business.
Lowest review I could give. Pizza delivery took over two hours and when I called to ask status the manager had the audacity to yell AT ME for even calling. Told me to come pick up the pizza myself if I wanted it sooner. Could you imagine that?!!? Yells at a customer and tells them to figure it out themselves? Never seen anything like it. I'd rather starve to death then order from this franchise location.
James, the store manager disrespected me and showed a lack of professionalism tonight. I asked for a refund after waiting 15-20 minutes in my car and my order wasn 't ready, it was a store credit from a previous order of overcooked cinnamon twists. His rudeness cause a loss for the taste of the cinnamon twists and I asked for a refund on a gift card, he said No, you should have gotten the refund instead of the store credit I explained his energy was negative and I didn 't want him touching my food. He said, Goodnight it 's to much to put here James was rude and condescending, my husband got involved in the conversation. James last words were get out of his store, he was the aggressive one from the moment I placed my order with him. The order was taken by a delivery gentleman 15-20 minutes and it wasn 't completed, James should have handled the situation with regards and provided customer service, James did the opposite, he showed a lack of respect for customers. This is coming from a manager.
I've worked in the restaurant industry for many years, and I know it can be challenging, especially during a busy promotion with a short staff. I observed the team while I was there and was a bit disappointed to see that some employees weren't following proper hygiene practices. Clean hands are essential, especially if they aren't wearing gloves. Additionally, none of the workers wore name tags, which makes it hard to give credit where it's due. However, I do want to commend the guy with the backward cap; he was excellent at delegating tasks during the rush and took the time to mentor others. On a positive note, the pizza was delicious! I haven't ordered from Domino's in a long time due to a previous bad experience, but this visit changed my mind.
Food is always good, but dam these people are slow as hell! Every time I come to get my order they either done gave it to the wrong person or forgot something. Not to mention they never have ranch! Sorry only goes so far, but def changing locations after this. Another 30 minutes I’m going to waste waiting on an order I placed online at 6:38 because someone “accidentally” checked out my food. So stupid. Online ordering waste of time
