Amazing food and amazing service. Greeted as I walked through the door. Ordered the same meal I'm accustomed to, the MacBouch Burger with a Poutine. This meal brings me back time and time again, and their staff are so friendly. I would recommend 10/10 times.

Your typical pub menu you'd expect. Ordered the chicken burger which was like a buffalo chicken burger (which it may have been but I don't remember). Burger was good, was satisfied with it, nothing amazing but not terrible. I was impressed with the sweet potato fries though they were quite good. If you're driving through and hungry not a bad spot to grab a bite.

Not a vegetable to be seen on the menu. No soup, no salads, no option other than deep fried food or pizza. I took a chance on a BLT with homemade fries. There were 2 slices of bacon, 2 slices of tomato, and one leaf of lettuce. I checked. Terrible. The fries were cooked in old oil. You can tell by the color because they were very dark but not cooked through. My lunch mate had fish and chips. The fish was a nice thick filet (good) but greasy. I will not be back and will not recommend the tavern.

Food is quick and before noon is nice and quiet being really easy to get a seat, order, enjoy the environment while chatting and eating good food. Chicken sandwich is basic but done right having fries that taste so good especially when added into the sandwich, the BLT is a wee bit small so get that with a side dish, and the double burger is a honking piece you'll feel in the gut for hours to come being full of flavour and just amazing ingredients.
