フィードバックを提供するI honestly can't recall having such a disappointing experience at a restaurant before. The older lady working there was quite unpleasant; she took my order, then completely skipped over my wife, forcing us to go to the back of the line just to get any attention. None of the fountain drinks were carbonated, and although they were out of all the teas, the staff refused to make more. They frequently glanced at the menu to figure out what ingredients belong on each sandwich, and the sandwiches themselves were very lacking in fillings. To top it off, the cookies were burnt to a crisp. Overall, this place is a disaster.
The older lady is quite rude and hurries you when you're placing your order. Then, when she rings you up, she asks what you ordered, even though she just made the sandwiches herself.
2/22 Experiences have changed drastically. Ordering by app or on line is a fiasco..the order is rarely right ,but to pick up on the deal you must order this way. So I rarely go back. Previously I rated Subway a 5, but a 2 is the best I can do 5/22 Keepsgetting worse regarding on line/ app orders being accurate.. IT 'S A SANDWICH NOT A ROCKET SHIP BLAST OFF......PLEASE!!
I was in a rush to go to work 2 ladies where coming on 4! Two where leaving out. Very rude! Just looked at me never said may I help you( the older lady) the pregnant one acted as if I stole her lunch once I asked if she could changebknoves because I'mvegetarian! Honey, you would've thought I threw the knife at her! I asked of I could get soup instead of a cookie or chips. Thepregnant one said... I don't know about no soup! Let's just say I Will Not be going back
I loved the new menu! My sandwich was fantastic.
