Good food, nice stuff, price ok but my dish was a bit dry

Wanting to make the loyalty card on the internet, but it didn’t work, when paying the note I ask that if I could have something for my birthday, I am told that I have to have the loyalty card, but I explain to her that on the internet it doesn’t work, she tells me that she knows it and that we have to make the card at the restaurant. I ask her if she can make a commercial gesture and she tells me NO. I don't think that's very commercial, considering the situation. Cordialement Boivin Céline
