The new young staff struggled to understand my order. When I requested hot coffee, it was served quite cold. Unfortunately, I didn't have time to ask for a replacement.
The restaurant has an unpleasant odor reminiscent of old mildew, as if it has been sitting in a trash can. Some of the staff prepare coffee at a pace slower than molasses, resulting in a consistently disappointing coffee experience. I felt it was important to share my thoughts on this.
Terrible customer service, extremely slow service, needs more workers. it took 15 minutes to get my coffee and they didn't even do it right.
I had one of the sweetest baristas in the whole world today! If you go to the Starbucks target and see princess your gonna have a great day and great drink! So happy rn!
