Papa John's Pizza - Saint Paul

I ordered from here today 12/20/18 an they sent me someone else?s food. When my daughter came up with the food I opened box an it was not ours. So we called they said to keep that food an they will send ours out fresh. Well that was nice of them , but most of use don?t eat pork so for them they had to wait. They said it would be 20min. Well 1 hour later we call back see if they forgot about us or what. They said it will be 10 more min an can?t the pizzas they let us have hold us over. Well yeah for the ones who eat pork. What about the ones that don?t ab are still hungry an waiting for the food they ordered an payed for. Well about 20min later the delivery Man shows with are food. At this time the food is not even hot or fresh. It was lukewarm An look like it was sitting for awhile. Long story short I am not pleased with the service of Papa Johns.

Phone answered by a very friendly woman who took care of the way she communicates with people. I tried to order pizzeria from the east side and waited 2 hours without delivery, ordered here and she was very friendly and placed the order. It came in just 35 min and the driver was more than polite and called two blocks away for proper warning time. Pizza was great and delivered hot as my wife

Very friendly service but unfortunately got someone else’s order. Called and staff were very apologetic and offered to make and deliver our original order...but that would be a lot of pizza so we declined. I was pretty excited for the stuffed crust pizza that we had originally ordered, but the 6 cheese that we got was pretty bomb too. Hopefully in the future I’ll be able to try the stuffed crust

I received a warm welcome when I called the restaurant; the woman who answered was incredibly kind and attentive in her communication. After waiting two hours for a delivery from East Side Pizzeria with no luck, I decided to place an order here. The woman was very accommodating and took my order right away. To my surprise, the food arrived in just 35 minutes, and the delivery driver was exceptionally polite, even calling two blocks away to give me a heads-up. The pizza was fantastic and delivered hot—just like my wife!
