As a photographer for the last 10 years in Louisville, The Olmsted is one of our favorite venues to work at in Louisville. It has wide open spaces for some iconic shots, and also has a wonderful staff that caters to your event needs with flexibility and precision unparalleled by other venues in town. With lots of natural light options throughout the day, it gives us flexibility as a photographer with what sort of candid moments we can capture and highlight for our clients.

Great experience for wedding reception venue. Area for dining and separate area for activities with dance floor, band stage, bar, social hour. Elegant exterior and ornate, historic, spectacular entry hall with fireplace and high ceilings. Easy and ample free parking.

I had a wonderful time chaperoning Eastern's 2023 Senior Prom. The food was delicious, and the staff were very friendly. However, the dance floor could have been a little larger.
