I went once a week when I lived closer and always tried to find an apology to come in the area so I can have it again. I tried a number of different articles on the menu and was always so satisfied. All the staff are so friendly, attentive and welcoming! Recommend this place to all I can!!!
It's all about the great food. Delicious and perfectly seasoned authentic Indian cuisine. Cloth napkins, table cloths, clean buffet area, real plates to eat off of and kind staff.
1. The portion sizes are overpriced. For example, the Reshmi Kabab comes with only five pieces for $11. 2. We placed a To-Go order and arrived 30 minutes later only to find that they had completely forgotten to submit it. They were busy, but even after ten more minutes, our food was finally ready. 3. Lastly, I have to say that for a total of $41 for three dishes, I expected much better quality and flavor. The food was so bland that I’m confident even Dierbergs (dare I say, Walmart) could do better. At that price point for dinner, I really think there should be some explanation. Ani's Hyderabad House and Mayuri's offer far superior options.
Excellent food! I ordered Biryani, Naan, Samosa, and Channa Masala, and everything tasted almost homemade. As someone who enjoys cooking, I was craving Indian food while undergoing a kitchen renovation, and this restaurant truly satisfied that craving. Since that first visit, I’ve become a regular customer. While this place might not be the ideal spot for a romantic date night, I highly recommend it if you're looking for delicious food.
The atmosphere leaves something to be desired, but the food is quite enjoyable. The tables are cramped, and the layout between the kitchen and dining area feels a bit awkward. On the positive side, the dishes are well-spiced and fragrant. My only issue with the food was that the chicken appeared to be cooked separately and just tossed in, rather than being seasoned and cooked in the sauce for added flavor.
