Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

The food consistently falls short compared to other Cane's locations I've visited. The service is consistently poor as well. I often find myself waiting in the drive-thru for 15 minutes or more, whether I arrive early or late to avoid the lunch rush.

This is the worst canes in the entire world. I've had hair in my food, bones in my chicken, and the service is AWFUL. It's the blind leading the blind. There is no management. I am a lifelong canes addict and I can honestly say I'm so hurt that this is the closest canes to me. ANY other canes would be better by a longshot

Typical fast food order over the speaker and wait for it. Despite late hour (8:30 PM) it took a bit to get served. The food was chicken tenders and were only okay but then again it is fast food. I guess I rate it better than McDonalds

I'm glad to see I'm not the only one doggin' on this place. I've been within 5 minutes of this place for past 10 years and have been here MAYBE 4 times. And the biggest reason is because they force you to eat their Cane's sauce if you want sauce. Why a chicken fingers place doesn't have buffalo and/or honey mustard is beyond me. I hate the Cane's sauce. So my kids wanted to go, so I agreed. A block out of our driveway, and I remembered to turn around to bring my own buffalo sauce. What could go wrong now? I'll tell you what....this place is a massive ripoff. They force you to get their meals even if you don't want their crummy crinkle cut fries. McD's tries to get you into the meal, but they have reasonably priced sandwiches. Not here. You gotta get individual chicken fingers $1.81 per finger! But that's not the worst part. I thought I'd just get a water LIKE AT EVERY OTHER RESTAURANT IN AMERICA. Paid my $31+ for adult and 2 kids, and noticed on my receipt that they charged me for a drink WHEN I GOT WATER. Asked cashier who confirmed that they don't give free water. NEVER EVER AGAIN. I don't care what kind of coupons they offer. There's a Chick Fila about 2 blocks down the road and a KFC that is 2 miles closer. Both of these places have a much better product and they have stuff other than fingers. ONE FINAL THOUGHT...in my own little effort to get even with them for that water fiasco, I decided to go and get 15 cokes and pour em right down the drain. Felt somewhat satisfying.

I’ve been missing out on Cane’s! My family has always been fans, but I only just discovered how great it is. I really appreciate that they stay open late, which is super convenient. The staff has consistently been friendly. During one visit, I had my dog with me in the car, and they gave her a large milk bone treat, which was such a nice gesture. My food has always been hot and fresh, and my orders have never been wrong. The only downside is the extra $0.30 charge for lemonade in a combo meal and the overall high prices, but I have no complaints. Yes, there can be a line at times, but it usually moves at a reasonable pace.
