Pizza Hut - Saint Louis

This Pizza Hut is typically fantastic, but unfortunately, my experience on 6/27/2020 was disappointing. The pizza I received was easily the worst I’ve ever had, and definitely the worst from Pizza Hut. The crust was soggy, and the toppings seemed undercooked. This was my first visit since March due to Covid, and I’m hesitant to return anytime soon. I'm really let down, as I used to order from this location weekly before the pandemic and was always satisfied. On the bright side, the wings were still good, so I at least ended up with a somewhat decent meal.

I placed my order at 7:14, and was told it would take 20 minutes. When I arrived at 7:45, the pizza was ready, but I noticed the wings that were part of my order were still missing. The staff informed me that the wings weren't ready yet. After waiting another 20 minutes, I requested a refund. Just then, they told me the wings were finally ready, but my pizza had cooled down and no longer had the fresh, hot look it had when I first saw it. I suspect they might be short-staffed, but I hope they can improve their service in the future.

I would recommend staying away from this restaurant if possible. The cleanliness is lacking, and the overall vibe is quite unpleasant. The manager comes across as very unfriendly; she answers calls while leaving customers on hold, and when she does interact with you, she barely makes eye contact and tends to interrupt. Her tone is so flat that it creates an uncomfortable atmosphere. Instead of asking "What can I get for you?" she bluntly says, "What do you want?" I would never treat a customer that way in my own job.

If I could give less than one star for this restaurant I would. I called in the order thirty minutes prior to me picking it up. Phone curtesy doesn't exist at this place. The person that answered the phone was rude, hard to understand, and it took them more than three attempts to get my order right. Thirty minutes later I arrive to pick up my food and after multiple attempts at trying to find me in the system, I am told that my pizzas haven't even been made yet. The worker at the counter again was rude and kept interrupting me to answer the phone. I left without paying and without my food. Again, if I could give this place a real score, it would be a zero. I will never order here again.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I placed the order online around 7:10p and the website said we should receive our order around 7:40p. At 8:16p, I received a call from the store to say they didn 't have any delivery drivers. So, I had to pack up my children and drive down to the store. When we got there, there was a line and when I asked for my order it wasn 't even ready. The workers were very rude upon explaining to them that I ordered online and had already paid. The store was dirty and you could see pizzas just sitting out uncovered. Once they finally got my order together, the worker rudely asked me, Is that all? I was so frustrated with having to deal with them, I just left the store. When I got home, we noticed we didn 't get all of the chicken wings we ordered, 6 instead of 8, the pizzas and breadsticks were dry and overcooked, and the pasta was rubbery. I was told I wouldn 't be charged for the delivery, but I was still charged. I will never buy from here again! This store doesn 't even deserve the one star!!
