Imo's Pizza - Saint Louis

All in at $62 including delivery/tax/15% tip and you send me a smashed pizza? The pizza that wasn't ruined was great because it's Imo's. Manage Alex was able to provide a part refund which I was satisfied with. Very professional on his part.

This pizza is terrible! ? And I can?t believe how much money I paid for a salad that was just lettuce and shredded cheese. Awful! I never write reviews, but this was awful!

First the eta for delivery was a 45 mins late. The ordered arrived just not what I ordered and it was cold. I call and the guy who answered was completely rude no customer service and shouldn?t work with the public. I?m sorry your high school counselor didn?t discuss your future with you!

Pizza was great, nice and thin with a cheese I?ve never had (Provel) but it was good!

Can not get hot pizza from this Imo even if you ask that it is hot. I think they make the pizza let it sit on the oven in the box for 30 minutes and then drive 5 minutes to my house. It's never hot. Imo is famous for cold pizza
