This was my first visit to this location, as I usually frequent the Central West End spot. The S. Grand location is smaller than the CWE one, but that didn’t bother me. It was clean and the service was quick. I ordered my favorite cookies—cookies n' creme and red velvet. They were warm and soft, and I have no complaints whatsoever! If I'm in the area again, I'll definitely return, but I’ll usually stick to the CWE location for convenience.

The cookies are freshly made and absolutely incredible. If you're a fan of Insomnia cookies, you'll find these to be just as good but at half the price. Plus, if the cookies aren't fresh (meaning they are a few hours old or from the previous day), you get a 44% discount. It's a win-win situation!

Awesome cookies and the people that work here are genuinely kind and welcoming. Given my weight gain, I could only eat two cookies but I wish I could have bought more. Will be back tomorrow. The cookies and cream and peanut butter cup m&m were fire.

I placed a delivery order, and the driver called to say they were lost and were going to take my order back to the store. Forty minutes later, I received an email stating that my order had been delivered... but apparently to someone else. What a disappointment! I was really looking forward to that cookie. I would not recommend Hot Box.
