I ordered the Kahlua Pork plate, and it was incredible—so packed with flavor! Although the portion looked small for the price, it was actually quite filling. I also tried the musubi, and let me tell you, I've always disliked spam, but this was so delicious that I've actually changed my mind about it! The gentleman at the counter, whom I believe is the owner, was very kind and helpful. He was right when he said I would come to appreciate spam!
This is the best poke in St. Louis, hands down! My wife is from Hawaii, and this is the closest you can get to authentic Hawaiian cuisine without actually visiting the islands. We ordered Buzz's hangover for a party we hosted, and everything was fantastic. Our guests couldn't get enough of the food!
Having lived in Hawaii for three years, I developed a deep appreciation for the local cuisine. We searched high and low in the Midwest for something comparable, but to no avail... until we found Buzz's! The food here is incredibly authentic, with the chef even flying in fresh ahi from the islands! The staff embodies the Aloha spirit, ensuring you leave feeling happy and satisfied. If you're in search of delicious Ono Grindz, look no further!
Had a Hawaii Pool party and catering. Food was fantastic and everyone enjoyed it. Has Kailua pork, vegetables, pineapple, white rice and poke. Three different sauces. The people in Buzz?s were helpful and very nice. Heart fully recommended
A little taste of paradise! Super bright, energetic and friendly spot. Excellent island food and drink. Jo and I tried the garlic shrimp and pork plates, as well as a poke cup and spam musubi. The restaurant pairs perfectly with TickTock tavern next door and they have a cool little patio in progress. Locally owned gem you shouldn?t pass up! Just across grand from tower grove park.
