Le Capri - Saint-Joseph-de-Beauce

This restaurant is excellent! The atmosphere and service are unmatched, and the menu is very appealing!

The service was excellent, as always, but I noticed a change in the quality of the food since the new chef took over. During my last visit, I ordered a seafood pizza, and it definitely didn't meet the restaurant's usual standards. There were far too many toppings, and the crust was underwhelming. I was disappointed to find that the size of the crust overshadowed the rest of the pizza, especially since I ordered a 14" pizza with added ingredients. Overall, it wasn't the experience I hoped for.

The vegetables and seafood were overcooked, and the seasoning lacked flavor. The food was quite plain, although the service was friendly.

My husband and I visited this restaurant while we were in Quebec City, and we’re so glad we did! The wood-fired bagels were amazing, and they only prepare them with sesame seeds.

This is the best bagel in town, baked in a genuine wood-fired oven. It's the only place east of Montreal that does this. Absolutely fantastic!
