Brickstone Pizza - Saint Johns County

I'm disappointed to witness the downfall of Brickstone, a place where I enjoyed some truly fantastic meals during my childhood. Since the change in ownership, it seems the restaurant has been mismanaged. It's unfortunate to see this happen, especially after observing the poor treatment of the employees. It's not surprising that things have ended this way.

Is this Sicilian Pizza. The most horrible pizza I have ever had. Uncooked in the middle and flat. Sicilian should be a little more pan pizza like. Do not eat at Brickstone’s.

The pizza was nothing but bland dough with no flavor at all. They couldn’t even prepare French fries properly. When I asked the manager for the owner's phone number, he claimed he didn’t have it. To top it off, a young staff member, who wasn’t even our server, just dropped the check on our table. If you’re looking for food that tastes terrible, then this is the place for you. The customer service was absolutely nonexistent, and the entire restaurant had a foul odor reminiscent of a landfill. I will actively discourage hardworking Americans from dining here. This establishment should be reported to the health department, and I plan to do so.

I ordered 10 hot wings, and when they arrived, they were quite tasty. However, I noticed that I only received 9 wings. I mentioned this to the server, and she looked shocked. I reassured her that I wasn't upset with her since she was clearly busy, but I was surprised that there was no apology or attempt to fix the issue. I suggested she speak with the kitchen staff about being more accurate with the orders in the future. Despite the mishap, we still tipped her well because it wasn’t her fault.
