Pizza Hut Saint-jean-sur-richelieu

The quality has declined significantly over the past year, and I'm really disappointed. We’ve decided to start buying from a local pizza place instead.

I waited 40 minutes to receive my order. I placed my order at 5 PM expecting to get it by 6 PM, but it didn't arrive until 6:40 PM. The staff appeared very disorganized and seemed to be in need of a supervisor to guide them. Everyone seemed lost and confused about the orders.

The only thing I didn't like about this restaurant is that the dining room is permanently closed. However, takeout is still available. I ordered a small pepperoni pizza and some cheesy jalapeño sauce, both of which were excellent. The wait time was reasonable, about 15 minutes, and the staff were very competent and friendly.

The pizza is good, but the specials are strange. the good product is only available online. so if they are in a hurry, they will have better app savvy or their meal will have slim pickings. eating is great. I miss the pizzabuffet. dang kovid ruined pizzabuffets!

Great customer service, at least when delivered, good stuff; of course it's a franchise, but you can't go wrong with them. You won't be sick like at Mario's and they won't insult when there is a mistake with the order. Seems to me that this is a company with efficient management; uncommon in Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu
