Emblematic restaurant in Saint Jean Pied de Port. My memories of the beginnings of the 80s of the establishment in its magnificence which unfortunately has suffered the weight of its institution over the years (and perhaps restrictions). I hope it regains its prestige for prices/quantities that match its competition. Location: 5

I was never disappointed by the hotels in the Les Collectionneurs network. Again, performance is high. The view is beautiful and the very comfortable rooms. Everyone's relaxed. The restaurant has a little less pleasure, but what to say about the exceptional character of the hotel. Thank you all for your kindness.
