Sushi Matsu - Saint-Hyacinthe

We went on a Friday evening, and there were three of us. Once we ordered our salads, the soups arrived within two minutes. Before we had even finished the soups, the sushi started to arrive, followed quickly by the hot dishes. Our glasses were never empty, and when we requested wasabi, it came immediately. We asked for more salad leaves, and they were brought to us within a maximum of 5-10 minutes. Everything was excellent. We're definitely going back!

Always extremely satisfied! The menu is delicious and reasonably priced, and the staff is fantastic. We go there often and love it.

I had a terrible experience at this sushi restaurant. The service was dreadful; we waited an hour and a half to be served. The sushi itself was flavorless and had an awful texture—some pieces were overcooked. To top it off, they insisted on a mandatory 15% tip as per their policy, which is completely illegal. When we refused to pay it, they even threatened to call the police. It felt like a scam. We paid $103 for two people, and for a sushi restaurant, there was hardly any sushi on the menu. Plus, the bathroom was disgusting. I wouldn't recommend this place at all.

The sushi was quick and delicious, with a wide variety of options. The small plate concept allowed us to sample different dishes. Overall, I would rate it 5 for service, 5 for ambiance, and 5 for quality!
