Dolce Amaro - Saint-Gilles

Here for a business dinner. Though the restaurant is pound, the food and drinks were spectacular. I started with a Negroni, perfectly mixed delicious. Followed by the octopus “primi”; then the linguini with bottarga as a pasta main dish. The dessert was exquisite. We finished the meal with an aged grappa my first time having an aged grappa and it was excellent (thinks of an excellent armagnac). Wonderful end of an amazing evening.
