Order over €100 placed at 7:05 p.m., we are told 45 min. Order arrived frozen after 2 hours without warning us, worse, telling us each time they called in 10 minutes... ruined evening there were 4 of us, no dinner. If at least we had been warned or reminded... but no, no call, we are forced to beg and call back, no reliable information, no commercial gesture, basically no consideration for customers who order regularly and who also sometimes come on site. Since your customers are treated like dogs, for us you no longer exist. It 's not a problem, there is no shortage of Japanese restaurants, we will spend our money there.
