Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Saint Cloud

Bug crawled out of bag. My family and I (there are 10 of us) have been eating at Dairy Queen for many years. The one in Saint Cloud has never been one of the best but we have been going there since they opened because we love Dairy Queen. Today my wifeand I noticed a bug crawl out of the bag. My wife became physically ill. Never going back. Told by customer service the ownerwould email us to make things right. All that I asked for is an apology. Several missed calls, but no emails. Apparently theycannot even get that right. There are plenty of good places in Saint cloud to eat. Just avoid this place at all costs.

Great customer service. Ordered two triple chocolate Brownie sundaes and a banana split. The bananas were so hard they weren't even edible...which was super disappointing.

St. Cloud DQ is just fantastic! Very clean facilities and an amazing/while staff. Plus great food! Zoe took care of my family yesterday and was so sweet. John and Shirley have done a great job with this facility!!

The best blue raspberry killer I had in 13 years. Thank you for still doing it!
