Chick-fil-a St. Clairsville

You get what you'd come to expect going to a CHICK-FIL-A which is amazing customer service beyond normal expectations. Food wasn't as well prepared as other locations so that's why it's 4? but in every other metric they hold the line as a fast food chain and what it should be.

I don't want to compare them to fast food but that's the catagory they fall in too. Everyone is friendly, the store is immaculately clean. If you want a great atmosphere to feed your family, this is the place

Although the restaurant was packed, it was well cleaned with quick service. My 3 stars should have been 5, but my french fries were raw and soggy. I requested another order of them, and they also came out raw and soggy. The young lady who got me my second order was not overly friendly. However she did come back and ask if my second order was good, and I expressed to her that it was not. I received an apology, but that was it. She should have asked if I wanted something else to replace them.

This is the best Chic-fil-a I have been to, and I've been to a ton. The food was fresh, staff friendly, and facilities very clean. We stopped by during our road trip and were very happy.

I don't know where in the world Chick fil A funds their people, but I promise, it does NOT matter which location, state, etc... that you go to they are ALWAYS the nicest, most considerate people EVER!!! No matter how long the line, they get you in and out reasonably quick and the food is ALWAYS hot fresh!!!
